Fishing Reports

Panfish

We are getting to that of year and the (specks) are starting to bite. The big ones are in 6 feet of water and hitting on Hal Flies and minnows. The area around marker 26 and south should be hot for the month of NOV. Bluegill and other panfish are hitting in the three lakes area and the toho lakefront.

Bass

Entering into February we are looking for the fish to go shallow to spawn. Fishing should be great around the full moon. Lures of choice would be brightly colored lizards and Reaction Innovation's Smallie Beaver. And, of course, let's not forget about large wild shiners.

Local Tournaments.

February 29th, March 1st, 2nd, & 3rd the FLW tour is coming to our lake. Local tournaments in the area have produced 5 fish limits with weights ranging from 12 lbs. - 18 lbs.
